Shipping and Returns
We are a small operation. We will make every effort to ship your order within 7-10 business days of receiving payment in full. Shipments will be sent via either USPS, UPS or Fedex, whichever carrier offers the most cost-effective or time-appropriate delivery based on your order. Please note that additional delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange overnight or expedited shipping. Extra charges will apply.
All Sales are Final.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason. We take special care to wrap and package each shipment to protect it against weather and handling damage. Should damage occur to the product due to carrier negligence, please contact the shipping carrier.
If your package does not arrive after 3 weeks from shipment date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If tracking numbers are available, we will make every effort to locate your package and update you as to its status.
Shipping prices and delivery times vary greatly between countries. Please contact us
for international shipping rates. Please note that estimated delivery times may not be provided by the carrier. All shipments may be subject to Customs Inspection and Duty Fees upon arrival in the recipient’s country. Brian Goodman Photography does not accept any liability for delivery delays, Duty Fees, or any other actions taken by government officials, either US or foreign, or delivery carriers in other countries.
